Like the big corporate cleaning services, we offer insurance, bonding, and protection, so you and your home are protected during our service visits. But our better training, affordable prices, and individualized customer service leads to you receiving a better cleaning and satisfaction.

Yes! Your safety and protection is top priority. All of our cleaners are insured and bonded, protecting you and your property during the entire cleaning process. Without these protections in place, you would be liable for injuries or damage that occur home.
No, but we do ask you to verbally commit to at least 6 cleanings.
We ask that you pay for our cleaning at the time of service. Most of our clients leave a personal check on the counter. However, we do accept sealed cash payments, as well as credit card payments for first-time and one-time cleanings.
Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our results, we will return within 24 hours and re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.
We try to provide the day and time you would like. Sometimes this is not possible, but we will get as close to that day as possible.
We love them, and we’ll treat them like our own. Your special instructions are noted on our Work Orders so the Cleaning Tech will know your wishes with regard to your pets.
No, you do not need to be home during our cleanings. In fact, many of our clients love returning to a freshly-cleaned home! Most of our clients give us a key and their alarm code, all of which is secured in between cleanings. Our employees are carefully screened and trained, and will make sure the house is left locked and secured when we leave.
For your convenience, we provide all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment.  However, we are knowledgeable about most cleaning chemicals and can accommodate any specific requests if you choose to provide us the cleaning supplies.
If you must skip your regularly-scheduled cleaning, please give us advanced notice (24 business hours); and we will promptly reschedule your cleaning.
We understand that each of our client’s homes and needs are unique. Since we’re not a franchise, we have the flexibility to accommodate any and all special requests. Please give us advanced notice (24 hours) of any additional work, and we will get you a quote over the phone.
If you need to change your day of service, let us know and we will try to accommodate you with your preferred day.
