Here at Garman’s Cleaning we’ve been working to provide our most valuable asset (our customers) with a way of saying we appreciate you above and beyond a simple “thanks.” What we’re proud to launch for you is GRP*! This stands for Garman’s Referral Program. Don’t let the name fool you. GRP is a way for us to give back to our customers for more than just referrals. We want to reward your for almost every time you engage with us…
Our 3 Stage Referral Program:
This is the central focus of GRP, and it works like this: When we book a job and learn that the new client received our name from you, you’ll earn a reward.
1. After your first referral, you’ll receive a $25 gift card!
2. After your second referral, you’ll receive $50 off of your next cleaning!
3. After your third referral, you’ll receive up to $100 off of your next cleaning!
Don’t worry, the rewards don’t stop at 3. Simply repeat over for more benefits and savings!
Social Media Mogul:
For our social media savvy customers, we’d like to give you the opportunity to earn loyalty points by engaging with us through social media! This starts by liking us on ourFacebook page. This will help alert you to special promotions offered on our page as well as keep you informed about our involvement in the community! Keep an eye out for breadcrumbs leading to special savings and bonus loyalty points! Not to mention you’ll earn loyalty points when you like, comment, and share posts on our page!
Survey Superheroes:
Don’t worry, if you’re not social media savvy you can still rack up loyalty points through satisfaction surveys we’ll provide occasionally after cleanings and online! To be a survey superhero all you need to do is follow the instructions on the survey and make sure to leave it completed with your check. With these you’ll gain loyalty points which will lead to rewards for you!
Loyalty Points:
These aren’t the only ways to earn loyalty points! Be on the look-out for ways to score more points with Garman’s Cleaning! We’ll keep track of these points which we’ll use to give you gifts and other savings!
